Functional Outcomes:
- As mechanical engineer to do mechanical design for headphone or loudspeaker.
- Provide inputs for product design review and product specification definition.
- Support tooling design and follow up tooling modification.
- Lead mock-up sample making and work with CM for drafting BOM.
- Lead material/part’s review and approval.
- Lead the communication with design team for new product introduce to MP.

Qualifications and personal attributes:

Preferred:
- Bachelor of engineering in mechanical design or above.
- At least 5 years of working experience in mechanical design, at least 2 years for headphone or loudspeaker.
- Familiar with software for mechanical design, e.g. ProE, autoCAD.
- Good knowledge of tooling design for metal and plastic.
- Familiar with NPI process and project management.
- Good personality and strong communication/negotiation skill.
- Good teamwork with vendors and design team.
- Work under high pressure and frequent travel to contracted manufacture (in Guangdong).
- Good English skills including spoken and written English.

Personal Attributes:
- Ability to work within and co-ordinate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Detail oriented in reviewing documentation.
- Ability to balance time constraints with attention to detail.
