Functional Outcomes:
- To receive orders from Sweden HQ and place booking with forwarder once order is released
- To arrange loading for released order and deliver them to terminal / forwarder warehouse to meet the closing time
- To prepare weekly / monthly shipment record, pending orders and inventory list for management review
- To check invoices from forwarder, send invoices to Sweden HQ and update forwarder payment record list each Friday
- To make sure all shipping documents uploaded onto server as well as forwarder payment invoices once order is shipped out
- To manage Mass Production sample receiving, sign receipt to vendors and send MP sample monthly record to management
- To conduct monthly, quarterly and annual stock-taking in warehouse and send inventory audit report to Sweden HQ in timely manner
- To be the co-ordinator of the Domestic sales in the goods arrangement, doc preparation and other actions relating to Domestic sales in China
- To maintain good relationship with forwarders, like APC, Hecny, Scanwell and Expeditors
- To cooperate with warehouse for efficient daily operation, like outbound and inbound exceptional cases (missing, overflow, and etc.)
- To communicate with Sweden Account for urgent forwarder payment invoices and double paid invoices
- To be the co-ordinator of the website sales in the goods arrangement, doc preparation and other actions relating to website sales.
- To assist the Purchase manager, Production Manager in the stock analysis and order placement.
- Logistics Controller would help to organize the re-pack instruction, and check the goods during the re-pack.
- Logistics Controller would be the first contact for the warehouse in solving the urgent cases.

Qualifications and personal attributes:

Preferred:
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese
- Experience in warehouse management, global distribution, and logistics
- Experience in team cooperation

- Ability to work within and co-ordinate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Detail oriented in reviewing documentation.
- Ability to balance time constraints with attention to detail.
