Functional Outcomes:
- As NPI coordinator to lead the design document control and configuration control.
- Management the approval sample and parts with relevant document
- Carry out the in-housing validation test and follow up the 3nd party certificate test.
- Internal department control.

Qualifications and personal attributes:

Preferred:
- Bachelor of engineering or above.
- At least 3 years of working experience in R&D department.
- Familiar with NPI development process.
- Good personality and strong communication/negotiation skill.
- Good teamwork with vendors and design team.
- Good English skills including spoken and written English.

Personal Attributes:
- Ability to work within and co-ordinate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Detail oriented in reviewing documentation.
- Ability to balance time constraints with attention to detail.
