Functional Outcomes:
- To do Project planning for New Development Product at MP stage, and make sure the new product successfully transferring
from PP to mass production.
- To do Pre-MP product approval for New Development Product.
- To monitor MP products' production, do MP product's improving plan and keep the order delivery schedules.
- To report the project status on a weekly basis.
- To evaluate and maintain BOM cost for each project.
- To support Supply Chain Analyst in BOM cost improvement.

Preferred:
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Understand the foreign culture and background, and respect the different opinions.
- Experience in product project management, especially headphones.
- Experience in team cooperation.

- Always eager to learn in the work period.
- Ability to work within and co-ordinate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Detail oriented in reviewing documentation.
- Ability to balance time constraints with attention to detail.
