岗位职责

1、制作海运单证及其它相关文件，负责应收应付费用，安排***事宜；

2、负责提供海外代理相关文件及放货事宜；

3、单证及文件的整理及归档等；

4、客户投诉、纠纷的处理及上级交办的其他相关工作。

Job Responsibilities

1. Prepare shipping documents and other related documents, be responsible for receivables and payables and invoice issue;

2. Responsible for providing overseas agency related documents and cargo releasing issue;

3. Sorting and filing documents;

4. Handling customer complaints and disputes and other related tasks assigned by supervisors.

任职资格

1 中专科及以上学历，进出口贸易、物流类相关专业；

2、1年以上船务相关领域经验；

3、熟悉海运，具备单证、货代、运输及一定进出口贸易知识；

4、英文熟练，全国公共英文CET4级以上，电脑操作熟练；

5、工作细心、责任心强，具有较强的服务意识和团队精神。

Qualifications

1 Technical secondary school degree or above, major in import and export trade and logistics;

2. More than 1 year of experience in shipping related fields;

3. Familiar with shipping, possessing documentation, freight forwarding, transportation and certain knowledge 

 of import and export trade;

4. Proficiency in English, national public English CET4 or above, proficient in computer operation;

5. Careful work, strong sense of responsibility, strong sense of service and team spirit.
