Responsibilities:
? Total ownership of managing AISM Operation in Luo Ding plant;
? Manage and monitor both Engineering and Production functional teams;
? Drive for continuously improvement base on the feedback from both internal and external customers;
? Improve the AISM continuously in quality;
? Operational excellence in cost and delivery;
? Responsible for coaching subordinates.

Requirements:
? Above 10 years experience in AISMT operation;
? Knowledge of maintenance and engineering of major brands of AISM equipment;
? Degree in manufacturing or industrial engineering;
? Can-do attitude and good leadership;
? Good interpersonal communication skills;
? Ethical, straightly adherence to all company policies and procedures;
? Ability to represent the factory in customer communications via emails, conference calls and face to face meetings;
? Skills in spoken & written English/Mandarin/Cantonese.
