? Work directly with Global Sourcing and Quality functions to ensure all suppliers meet company and customer compliance standards;
? Lead Workplace Conditions Assessment (WCA) and Global Security Validation (GSV) / C-TPAT audit programs;
? Establish a working knowledge of the brand and customers`specific compliance requirements;
? Manage audit programs via third party auditing firms, to include set-up of factories, scheduling audits, reviewing audit reports and driving corrective actions to completion through implementation of preventive actions;
? Evaluate corrective actions for effectiveness and follow up to ensure consistent and effective implementation;
? Establish working relationships with third party auditing firms and evaluate their capabilities and products in order to insure company is utilizing best practices and meets the audit compliance requirements;
? Provide initial evaluation and assessment of new factories relative to their knowledge of third party audit criteria and requirements;
? Provide initial training to new and existing factories relative to social and security requirements and expectations;
? Provide leadership and drive implementation of effective and timely Corrective And Preventive Action (CAPA) plans relative to results of third party audits;
? Establish annual audit schedules and provide tracking of audit schedules, results, corrective actions and re-audits as required. Provide periodic status updates;
? Establish working relationship with other related companies, as well as Corporate Internal Audit to establish best practices and comparative performance.


Qualification:
? Bachelor of Science Degree;
? Minimum 6 year experience in social and C-TPAT compliance auditing or management;
? Demonstrated knowledge of China country laws relative to social compliance;
? Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. Customs C-TPAT (Customs - Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) program;
? Proficient computer skills;
? Five years experience in a manufacturing environment;
? Five years experience as a factory auditor;
? Language skills (written and verbal) - Mandarin and English (Cantonese a plus).
