Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the flow of inventory along the supply chain from origin countries to retail markets' warehouse

· Collaborate with retail market replenishment team and suppliers to achieve departmental goals for lead time, on-time shipment, in-stocks, inventory weeks of supply, turns, demand / capacity planning for peak season and supply chain interruptions etc

· Utilize ordering tools to determine / suggest replenishment order quantity and ship dates

· Analyze inventory/forecast/sales and coordinate the resolution of replenishment opportunities

· Import replenishment PO maintenance

· Educate suppliers in origin in all replenishment aspects to ensure common understanding

· Train and educate key suppliers to monitor inventory flow by using replenishment tools, and develop long-term relationship with key suppliers



Requirements:

· Bachelor degree with prior knowledge of manufacture management, inventory management, import/export process and merchandising experience is beneficial

· Transportation experience 3 - 5 years

· Knowledge of Wal-Mart item file, Product Order systems and Global Procurement systems is beneficial

· Excellent organizational and analytical skills; A self-starter with self-motivation and initiative

· Good command of English/Mandarin and MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)
