Responsibilities:

1) Direct and execute inventory flow within complex (based on risk, number of suppliers, rationality, seasonality, or number of items) merchandise categories to ensure retail market is in possession of optimal inventory at highest in-stock:
- Validate and implement new items forecasts, develop flow planning to fill pipeline based on category inventory strategy
- Place orders within categories by calibrating parameters within ordering systems/tools to determine inventory levels
- Identify replenishment irregularities such as warehouse out, over- and under-stocked situations, coordinate and develop solutions
2) Develop strategies with key supplier base for the category to ensure smooth fulfillment of demand, achieve sales, in-stock, inventory, profitability and strategy goals
- Lead Sales & Operations (S&OP) meeting, collaborate with suppliers on demand/supply planning to improve factory operations, capability and performance as it relates to replenishment.
- Identify order exceptions, disruptions and supply chain constraints (e.g. long holidays, natural disasters, manufacturing, transportation) impacting supply chain execution and model future inventory plans against supplier capability.
- Supplier scorecard management
3) Achieves financial results for complex merchandise categories by participating in cross-functional projects to meet strategic financial and operational goals.
- Work with planners/retail replenishment to analyze data and using bottom up inventory planning to develop recommendations or highlight budget risks
- Propose solutions, develop action plans and solutions, coordinate support cross teams for operational issues
- Track progress to ensure timely follow up and implementation
4) Engage with relevant parties to formulate and execute strategy to develop suppliers, peers and other business partners in all replenishment aspects to ensure common understanding and workflow :
- Identify education and development needs
- Serve as a mentor to coordinate training plans and follow up for new associates
- Formulate strategy, initiate, coordinate and facilitate training
5) Operate and manipulate standard office productivity software, statistical packages, inventory management systems and ad hoc query tools to support research, decisions and performance tracking
- Run queries and retrieve raw data from R/L
- Compile and consolidate data retrieved into required report formats
- Establish and maintain databases to keep track inventory, sales, forecast and in-stock status
6) Assume additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed

? Build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders adapting to competing demands with solid business solutions.
? Advance abilities in use of Excel, including data analysis and use of text functions, look up and reference functions, and logical functions.
? Advance abilities at identifying analysis needs, developing an approach, and drawing conclusions to impact the business. Shows innovation in impacting the business through analysis.
? Proficient in forecasting, inventory management, supply chain theory, and supply chain tools.
? Fully engaged with the retail market, suppliers, logistics, and merchants in successfully operating a line of business.
? Able to identify and drive improvement for replenishment, contribute specialized knowledge to the development of tools and processes to meet changing business needs and validate solutions and help implement results.
? Capable of teaching solutions for complex business challenges.
? Effective team player-adds to team knowledge and effectiveness.
? Show initiative in self improvement.
? Good command of English and local language.
? Proficient in PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
