Responsibilities

·Support Operations Manager to execute business initiatives, prepare business report which help research and analysis

·Coordinate Supplier Agreement, solve supplier enquiries/issues, facilitate efficient communication between Sourcing team, suppliers, as well as other business partners

·Follow the Supplier On-boarding process to onboard new suppliers, assist existing supplier for agreement renewal, add dept., etc. for the Direct Import business, ensure supplier comply with WM requirements.

·Maintain supplier database, ensure the supplier contact details are correct and up to date.

·Support SA helpdesk and hotline service, provide prompt response (within 1-2 working days) for supplier on Retail Link, on-boarding process, general enquiries / issues.

·Support ad hoc projects as designated

Requirements

·University graduate with at least 3 years working experience in multinational company

·Knowledge on supply chain will be an advantage

·Knowledge and use of Retail Link, Global Sourcing System applications is definitely an asset

·Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese & English

·Able to work independently and willingness to support others

·Detail oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills

·Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio and e-mail
