Responsibilities:

Provide supplier training (technical and soft skills) to meet the business objectives established by the Company

Design & develop training content based on business needs

Drive and facilitate the global supplier training programs

Learn continuously to ensure the business knowledge are up to date and align with company strategy and be able to educate the suppliers the same.

Process the supplier agreement requests from Sourcing Team/Suppliers with retail markets.

Help to update the Supplier Database

Support SA helpdesk & hotline service, handle supplier enquires

To support Supplier Admin Supervisor to drive programs and track project progress, and to ensure timely follow up / implementation

Support Supplier Admin Supervisor to execute training plan and development, update training materials whenever necessary.

Execute supplier training program on regular basis to ensure all suppliers are equipped with company's relevant business operation (Retail Link system and other business applications), process & procedures, and follow up with the training evaluation for any opportunities.

Communicate clearly and concisely in spoken and written forms, and is able to interact effectively with suppliers, Global Sourcing offices, management and associates.

Provide guidance to Coordination team to respond Supplier Helpdesk enquiries regarding the RL applications and issues.

Ensure all the enquires can be answered within 1 -2 working days.

Follow the Supplier On-boarding process to onboard new suppliers for the Direct Import business.

Participate in processing the supplier agreement request and set it up in Retail Link system; clarify any issue arise during the process.

Ensure the supplier contact details are up to date.

Support ad hoc projects as designated.


Requirements:

University graduate with at least 5 years working experience in multinational company.

Knowledge on training and supply chain will be an advantage.

Knowledge and use of Retail Link, Global Sourcing System applications is definitely an asset.

Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese & English, fluent in Cantonese will be an advantage.

Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio and e-mail.

Able to work independently and willingness to support others.

High level of personal & business integrity.

Strong organization skills, able to manage multiple tasks.

Detail oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work cross-functionally.
