Description
To support VP office in operations and hub management
To support Senior/ Divisional Operations Manager to drive programs and track project progress, and to ensure timely follow up / implementation
To drive global presence projects and optimize country presence in accordance with global sourcing strategies.
To support & resolve operations issues raised from different business units
To analyze business data to interpret business conditions and trends and provide recommendation deem appropriate Coordinate with all GS offices and perform program consolidation for various management reports.
Establish / fine tune statistical reports which help research and analysis
Prepare the presentation materials to facilitate discussion of senior management
Support and prepare business report and analysis as requested by Management
To provide guidance in the operations team and manage performance of the operations specialists.
Support Ad-hoc projects as designated.

Qualifications
University graduate with at least 7 years working experience in multinational company.
Good command of English
Strong project management skill
Knowledge on supply chain will be an advantage
Advanced PC skills in MS Excel preferred with proficiency in MS Words, PowerPoint & etc.
Able to work independently and willingness to support others
High level of personal & business integrity
Strong organization skills, able manage multiple tasks
Detailed oriented w/ good communication and interpersonal skills
A fast learner with analytical mind
Strong coaching, training, motivational and performance management skills
Strong project management, problem solving skills and able to manage multiple tasks
