岗位职责

1、协助销售经理跟进散客及团体客户，致力发展更多客户；

2、跟进贵宾、商务会议团、旅行团入住酒店期间的工作；

3、协调与各部门的关系，为客户提供高档次服务，树立酒店良好的企业形象；

4、协助市场销售总监秘书处理办公室日常工作，打印客户报价、合同、对外信件、邮寄酒店资料；

5、为销售经理统计客户住房数报告，整理业务流失报告，定期收集竞争酒店信息。

任职资格

1、诚恳、热情、具有较强的亲和力；

2、具有良好的团队协作能力，抗压能力较强；

3、大专以上文化学历，具有良好的英语听说读写能力；

4、有一定的客户资源者优先。
