工作内容

1、明确客户的招聘要求，研究特定行业和市场；

2、根据客户要求运用各种途径有效的寻找合适的候选人，与候选人建立长期联系，开发人才库；

3、协助招聘项目管理的实施，例如参与人才筛选，报告撰写、安排并协调合格候选人面试；

4、及时更新数据库中候选人的资料；

5、对客户与候选人的后续跟踪与反馈；

岗位要求

1、本科或者硕士学历，专业不限，性别不限；

2、能快速适应环境，稳定性好，有明确的职业生涯规划；

3、自我学习能力优秀，善于主动学习；

4、结构导向，有内驱力；

4、有奢侈品/零售/FMCG 快消，互联网，智能制造，医疗等行业招聘经验为佳（甲方乙方均可）。
