Summary/Overview:

To provide daily administration support to all staffs in Newfiled, and assist ADM Manager with the appointed projects and tasks.



Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all administration task in Shenzhen office;
- Reception service (visitors, carrier)
- Maintain and renew the contract process on office supply
- Daily office administration
- Take care of office facilities and property
- Responsible for travel related issue, such as hotel and business travel tickets booking, ensuring the cost effectiveness.
- Stationery purchase and distribution;
- Support and coordinate the company activities
- Other task assigned by supervisor.
Education, Qualifications & Experiences:
- College graduate or above
- Good English skill, CET-4 or above
- Good PC Skills
