职位描述

Work Location: Offshore (工作地点: 海上)

Summary/Overview:

Implements the maintenance of offshore instrument equipment and system with the objective maintaining instrument equipment integrity and reliability within budget, HSE policies and procedures, government regulations and industry standards.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

· Ensures compliance with NFX HSE policies, regulations and procedures.

· Reports hazard to supervisor or HSE representative and take corrective action

· Ensure that all activities are carried out in safe, efficient manner in compliance with HSE standards, work procedures

· Carry out all maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, testing and inspection of all Instrumentation and control equipment and system.

· Assist team lead to plan yearly work programs and budget for offshore instrument section and execute the work programs accordingly while controlling the expense to be within approved budget.

· Ensure all Instrument PMs and CMs are completed in a timely manner.

· Use experience and knowledge to investigate and rectify technical problems working unsupervised.

· Provide on the job training, coaching and support to all instrument trainees or new comer.

· Safely carry out all reasonable duties assigned to you during any emergency situation. Assist the Instrument team lead to ensure there are suitable and sufficient spare parts offshore for repairs.

· Assist team lead to develop training aids, Job cards, Maintenance procedures, Operating procedures and 2 year spare parts setup for platform Instrumentation and Metering systems comply with company policies and Maintenance strategies.

· Remain flexible and be prepared to work and help operations and other trades personnel as required.

· Cooperate with production operators to fulfil isolations for the related production control system.

· Responsible and as a member of platform emergency response team.

· Act as instrument team lead in his area of responsibilities if assigned during his absent

· Have the right to refuse implementing the unsafe instruction from superior during operating.

· Responsible for ensuring that all workshop facilities are kept in an orderly manner.

· Ensuring that good handover notes are provided for alternate.

Education, Qualifications & Experiences:


· College diploma (minimum), Bachelor in electrical and electronic engineering (preferred);

· Minimum 3 years of offshore instrument and automation control system maintenance experience;

· Knowledge in DCS, ESD and F&G system etc.



Required Competencies/Skills:


· Basic understanding in offshore Health, Safety and Environment regulations, standards and procedures.

· Self-motivated.

· Strong work ethics.

· Basic computer skills in general.

· Basic English speaking skills and writing proficiency.

· Able to work in offshore harsh environment.

· Able to work with a team environment.
