职位描述
Job Duties:
-Recruitment assist of interview arrangement for BU,conduct staff check in & check out procedure etc
-ER supporting: provide suggestion about Labor Law to BU, team building arrangement ,build up communication channel between staff and Motor's head office
-Training supporting:provide training admin support if necessary
-Admin job related HR:HR related documents preparation,like income certificate
-HR system:Staff leave data input & maintainance
Qualification Required:
-University graduate,preferably in Human Resources Management or equivalent
-Good team player
-Good at English speaking and writing
-Good at Cantonese
-Strong communication skill.
-Very good independent work ability
-Self motivated,ability to work under pressure and details-oriented
Experience Expected:
-5 years experience in HR field,especially in employment relationship
