Qualification Requirement:
- Diploma degree or above
- Good command of computer skill, e.g MS office, internet etc
- Good command of English
- Driver License is a plus
- Has motor working experience is a plus

Job Duties:
- Drawing up documents and contracts
- Processing invoices and accounts
- Maintain current and accurate customer files and information
- Manage the order forms, including placing, translating, revising, price calculating, etc.
- Manage the car inventory and keep the sales team updated into timely
- Assist the salesman with the sales activities
- Assist the salesman to maintain the customer relationship
- Handle the showroom administration; prepare the roster for the sales team
