Temporary Contract for 9 months

? Responsible for monitoring booking requests each day and and randomly assigning the 3rd Party Audit firm to conduct the FCCA audit.

? Collects FCCA reports upload the results into to FAS (Factory Audit System).

? Confirms the accuracy of the FCCA validity period following the FCCA validation/assessment conducted by MQE/QAP teams and uploads the final result to FAS.

? Prepares & analyzes monthly reports and provides timely updates and follow-ups to to the Sourcing Teams help ensure factories remain actively certified in the system and able to receive POs.

? Maintains and monitors factory status to ensure that only active factories is in the system and those needing renewal audit will be notified for full compliance

? Follow up on CAP completions and uploads CAP reports into the FAS

? Facilitates, coordinates and develops FCCA Global Supplier Training Calendar with the responsible 3P audit firms and the GGS Hubs

? Works directly with QA Ops Data Management team the creation of the quarterly RPN Scorecard and preparing the JQMP candidate list to to the MQE/QA Technical teams for review.

? Manages the enrollment and training process for new factories entering into the JQMP program to ensure they get certified as quickly as possible

? Provides support and assistance to QA Ops Data Management team in drawing the monthly DRR and Testing data report for the completion of the Monthly Quality KPI reports

FCCA:

? Manages and downloads the FCCA requests made by Suppliers from FAS

? Check Factory IOR (Importer of Record) and FCCA expiration date in the FAS

? Randomly assign 3rd Party to conduct FCCA via SMS including Bundled Audits assigned & identified by ES team.

? Updates FCCA Request ID number with Factory ID

? Sends daily list separately to BV, ITS SGS and DSG

? Maintains daily report and consolidates the report received from 3PA and creates link by factory Request ID in GSBRS (Global Sourcing Business Reporting System)

? Received the e-mail from Supplier to confirm the FCCA audit booking.

? Confirms the FCCA schedule assignment to Supplier

? Forwards the FCCA report to MQE/Technical for validation/assessment.

? Confirms the validity period with MQE/Technical for the FCCA audit.

? Uploads FCCA CAP in FAS

JQMP:

? Receives the Quarterly RPN Scorecard and compiles and sends the JQMP nomination list to responsible MQE/QAP team. Consolidates the finalized candidates list.

? Prepares and sends the Letter of Commitment (LOC) and Invitation letter to all nominated Suppliers and Factories

? Follow-ups the status of the LOCs and sends the confirmed list to 3PS to schedule the training

? Liaises with 3PS, Sourcing, Technical teams and Suppliers/Factories to complete enrollment and finalization of the JQMP training.

? Monitors the JQMP training conducted by 3PS and facilitates the certification process by checking the successful upload of the factory’s initial SIP via DDEI tool (Direct Data Entry Interface) in BVOS (BV OneSource) system.

? Assume additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed.
