Responsibilities:
- Provide Lean manufacturing expertise among teams to improve performance and eliminate waste;
- Coordinate, organize and deliver Lean manufacturing activities and trainings to ensure standardization in the implementation of process improvement across the organization;
- Oversee and manage the execution of Lean projects by performing periodic Lean assessment and internal benchmarking;

Requirements:
- Degree in Process/Industrial Manufacturing System/Industrial Engineering or related disciplines;
- Technically strong in Lean Manufacturing. Formal Lean training and certification is required;
- At least 5 years of lean management experience in garment manufacturing sector;
- Proficient in the use of project management tools and application of Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent;
- Strong leadership, team player, self motivated and problem solving;
- Effective communication across management levels;
- Able to develop, coach and mentor teammates;
- Fluent English and Mandarin is a must;
- Station in China is required.
