职位描述：

- 负责海运相关单证文件的制作（系统数据录入、数据的审核、制作提单）；

- 准确录入应收应付费用，开账单给SHPR和代理，申请付款；

- 与客户有效的沟通，协助财务处理相关费用等问题；

- 完善后期文件的整理与归档。

职位要求：

- 熟悉OFFICE等办公软件；

- 责任感强 条理清晰 轻重缓急主次分明 细致认真 懂团队合作；

- 有责任心和积极认真的工作态度，具有良好的语言沟通能力和抗压能力；

- 懂英语优先。
