Major Responsibilities:
- Initiate, formulate and implement relevant plans to grow Retail Banking & Wealth Management business
- Lead a team of Retail Banking & Wealth Management staff to promote a wide range of wealth management

products/services to achieve sales, services and marketing goals/targets
- Work with the respective RBWM team, BDV and HACN SSD for assurance of outdoor marketing activities to be

conducted in compliance with group guidelines and external laws and regulations
- Give advice to the staff on their daily issues and provide guidance/coaching to them in their career

development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration or a related discipline
- Minimum 7 years' experience in sales and services with 3 years in a supervisory position
- Familiar with personal financial products and mortgage business
- Outgoing and aggressive, able to work independently with strong interpersonal skills, willing to work

under pressure
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English, familiar with office software application
