1、本科及以上学历，营销类相关专业；
2、1年以上写字楼及公寓销售工作经验，熟悉深圳写字楼及公寓销售市场；
3、熟悉深圳写字楼市场，具有一定的客户资源优先考虑；
4、具备良好的沟通能力及销售技巧；
5、有强烈的工作责任心及团队合作意识，能承受一定的工作压力，乐于接受工作挑战。
岗位职责：
1、按照项目计划和操作程序开展楼盘销售活动，完成销售目标；
2、根据要求，做好目标区域、竞争楼盘市场调研工作；
3、严格遵守并执行公司制度为客户提供服务，并做好客户的维护和其他售后服务工作；
4、负责公司客户资源开发与维护，与客户建立良好的业务协作关系。
