包装印刷工艺主管PE Supervisor

工作职责：

1. 按照产品特性制作生产打样方案；
2. 按照批准的打样方案与各部门进行沟通打样并准确记录打样数据；
3. 根据打样数据编写产品工艺说明书；
4. 负责产品生产工艺流程、工艺标准的制定和实施，分析、解决现场工艺问题；
5. 参与、协助处理生产过程、半成品、成品质量异常情况；
6. 负责对新材料、新工艺、新技术的应用；
7. 生产大货时对生产进行指导。

任职要求：

1. 大专以上学历，包装印刷专业优先；
2. 熟悉印刷包装生产工艺流程，具有3年以上包装印刷行业工艺技术或质量管理经验；
3. 逻辑分析能力强，条理性强，有一定的讲解能力；较强的独立分析问题和解决问题的能力；
4. 强烈的责任感和很好的团队合作精神，具备很强的自学能力，能够承受工作压力；
5. 熟练操作电脑办公软件，沟通能力强；
6. 良好的英文读写能力。
