Position Description:
Managing and conducting investigations across Asia regions, India and Bangladesh to ensure objectivity and thoroughness of investigative results.
Developing investigative plans.
Establishing investigative and reporting standards in conjunction with Global Investigations so that international Global Sourcing investigations are aligned with Walmart Global Investigations globally.
Assist and provide insights for Global Sourcing business model changes based upon lessons learned from the investigation in accordance with EDLC.
Directing the use outside resources to assist with investigations.
Participating in Business Partner Reviews with Cross-Functional teams including Legal and Corporate Ethics to review investigative steps and recommend adjudication.
Identifying global anti-corruption best practices and developing plans to incorporate the best practices into the Global Sourcing anti-corruption program for supplier, factories, third party partners and audit/inspection vendors
Working closely with Ethics and Corporate Investigations in Bentonville to ensure all allegations are captured efficiently and tracked in a database.
Developing and maintaining working relationships (at all levels of management) with Global Sourcing GMC's and Hubs, WMT corporate investigations, Ethical Sourcing, QA & QC, Global Ethics, and merchants.
Auditing and managing compliance with the anti-corruption program by the factory/supplier, third party partner and audit/inspection vendor at the operational level
Identifying global anti-corruption best practices and developing plans to incorporate best practices into the Global Sourcing anti-corruption program.
Conduct anti-corruption training as part of the supplier and factory anti-corruption CAP.

Minimum Qualifications:
Strong leadership and team building skills third party partners and inspection/audit firms
High level of personal and professional integrity
Familiarization with corporate supply chain and procurement processes
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
English (and Mandarin preferred) language skills at the 3/2+ level at a minimum
Progressively responsible business experience at the management level. (Optional)

Multi-task oriented, flexible and creative problem solving approach to business
Adaptable to dynamic change environment
Systems skills - (Retail Link and Integrilink knowledge)
Demonstrated strong work ethic
Ability to work in a team environment
Keen interest in improving lives of factory workers and in supply chain management issues.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good appreciation of cultural differences and ability to function effectively within differing cultural environments
Ability to travel overseas
Use of PC technology software (i.e. Acrobat, i-2 analyst, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
