Responsibilities:
1) Manage sub ordinates at QC level.
2) Plan QC weekly inspection schedule in conjunction with schedule coordinator
3) Deal with Quality issues from delivered items.
4) Compile weekly quality reports.
5) Work with suppliers to achieve best production processes.
6) Liaise with the NPD team for effective hand over of new products.
7) Review/sign off QC expense sheets.
8) Identify weak areas in performance.
9) Encourage team members.
10) Monitor workload and maximize man power.
11) Have a pro active, hands on approach.
12) Strong experience in wooden and veneer materials,
13) Experience in management and sound understanding of production processes.
14) Ability to deal with senior management.

Requirements:
1) Fluent oral and written English
2) Support the QC team with their workload and achieve required objectives
3) Supply detailed quality reports with suitable solutions.
4) Ensure company procedures are adhered to.
5) Monitor QC individual performances.
