Position Overview:

Independently and proactively responsible for OmniVision Group admin work to improve work enviroment and enhance employee statisfaction. Good commnucation skill to handle internal and external users' requirement; be willing to innovation for new ideas to enhance serivce and learn new skills like ERP/mini program,etc. Good at implementing admin policy/S&OP and other documents. 

Responsibilities:：

1. Responsible for Omnivision group shuttle bus.

2. Responsible for Omnivision group VIP conference as internal and external coordinator.

3. Ehance and improve Omnivision group working enviroment for signs unique, decoration and fresh-new machines,etc.

4. Responsible for external employee dormitory for rental/check-in and out,etc.

5. Responsible for contracts and other documents filing

6. ERP system and Fix assets management system owner

7. Other assignments by department head

Experience & Skill：

1.  Colleage degree or above , English or administration majored is preferred

2. 5 years or above work experience in multinational companies is preferred

3. Proactive and customer-focused, service attitude and result-orientated

4. Good team player and problem solving skills

5. Ability to handle multi- tasks, be able to work under pressure

6. Good oral and written language skills both in Chinese and English is plus

7. Good computer skills (MS word, excel and power point,etc.)
