要求：

我司主要客户有美国Walmart, Target Store, Michaels Store, Joann Store等。

现需招聘业务跟单，要求有外贸跟单和采购供应链管理经验，CRAFT行业或TARGET跟单的经验优先，良好的中英文沟通能力，以及高效的项目和时间管理能力。日常工作内容以配合海外客户开发产品需求，管理国内供应商确保开发及生产按时完成。

工作地点：深圳蛇口网谷

Key Requirements:

• This position is a multi-functional job reporting to the General Manager.
• Experience with Target Store and Craft product background preferred.
• Strong project management skills, timeline management skills.
• Knowledge of sourcing operations, and ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
• Highly motivated with high sense of urgency and initiative. Takes ownership.
• Able to work effectively under pressure, detail oriented.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and timelines and keep them on track.

Responsibilities:

？ Sourcing

• Selection and qualification of vendors
• Work closely with our customer's marketing and sourcing personnel.
• Ownership of the products you source, from sourcing till delivery
• Monitoring product through the production process
• Knowledge of raw materials that are part of our products

？ Supply Management

• Understand capacities and work schedule of our sources
• Develop material lead-time for all components with vendors
• Understand our logistics process
• Understand MOQ’s and what are drivers for them.
• Understand market cost and conditions for materials that go into the cost of our products

？ Vendor Management

• Strong cost negotiation skills.
• Vendor Capability and Performance review
• Market Intelligence - New Vendors
