岗位要求：

1、负责全面推动公司文化系统的建设工作，策划各类公司文化活动，丰富员工生活，提升员工的满意度和敬业度，建立员工与公司之间的和谐关系。

2、搭建公司荣誉体系，并组织相应的仪式感；

3、劳动关系和劳动争议处理：按照国家有关法律法规和公司规章制度相关规定，组织受理员工投诉和公司内部劳资纠纷，完善内部沟通渠道；

4、负责员工敬业度的调查，搭建内部顺畅的沟通渠道，及时了解员工动态和心声。

任职资格：

1、本科及以上学历，两年以上人力资源相关的工作经验

2、熟悉相关劳动法律法规，具备较强劳动争议处理经验，了解人力资源管理知识，熟悉公司人力资源管理的各项规章制度；

3、有工会和党务工作经验的优先；

4、善于思考和总结，具有较好的沟通表达能力和协调能力，具有高度的工作热情和良好的团队合作精神。

通讯业务板块

半导体业务板块
闻泰科技旗下的安世半导体是全球知名的半导体IDM公司，是原飞利浦半导体标准产品事业部，有60多年半导体研发和制造经验，总部位于荷兰奈梅亨，晶圆制造工厂在德国汉堡和英国曼彻斯特，封装测试工厂位于中国东莞、菲律宾卡布尧和马拉西亚芙蓉。客户超过2.5万个，产品种类超过1.5万种，每年新增700多种新产品，全部为车规级产品。安世半导体年产能超过1000亿颗，在与欧美半导体巨头的竞争中，安世在各个细分领域均处于全球领先。
