工地建筑师/设计协调

职责：

1. 对施工项目进行技术监督

2. 确认和审核工程所需的建筑材料

3. 解决工地的施工问题，确保设计方案的顺利进行

4. 负责各类设计图纸的存档，变更和修改

5. 协调设计院和承包商的工作

任职资格：

1. 2到3年的建筑设计经验， 最好有驻工地的经验

2. 流利的中英文

3. 具有团队合作精神

Site Architect / Design Coordinator

Job description:

1. Technical supervision the project in regard to all architectural aspects and matters

2. Material confirmation and approval for Architectural Materials

3. Solve all architectural issues on site and ensure the design concept

4. Document, revision and change management in regard to all design drawings

5. coordination between local Design Institute and contractors

Job qualification:

1. 2-3 years experience in architectural design, site experience is advantage

2. Fluent English / Chinese

3. Team working spirit
