Job Duties:

? Collaborate with global regional supply chain and logistics teams to develop solutions to support OAR $1.5B annual sales. 

? Monitor key vendors monthly KPI

? Optimizes the supply chain network through integration and find best practice and to enable growth of business moving forward 

? Ensure three teams are aligned on execution of OAR initiatives.

? Drive maximum productivities through supply chain or from suppliers together with sourcing team 

? Prepare budget and project deliverables. Secure and allocate appropriate resources to achieve OAR goals.  

? Develop and design supply chain protocols/policies/procedures

? Team management: performance check-in, talent developing/cross functional training etc.

? Support Senior Director on other assignments

? Formulate and execute Newell OAR supply chain purchasing strategy 

? Manage supply risks including delay/shortage; Ensure robust contingency plan are in place for key categories. 

? Design and execute supply chain KPI to measure OTD, Lead-time, Flexibilities etc. Goal is 96%+

? Manage pull in/push out strategy to achieve sales target or inventory plan

? Organize yearly supplier summit in Q2 with sourcing on capacity and lead-time 

? Weekly/bi-weekly conf. call with global regions to address hot issues

? Logistics KPI management.

? Design and execute economic shipping options (containerization arrangement and dead freight)

? Support Newell’s forwarder/carrier management 

? CTC and Target booking

? Support on Supplier’s outstanding invoices with supplier and Newell AP

? Manage the SEA DC service provider and ensure alignment with OAR’s expectations at all time.

? Oversees management of supply chain for both SEA and Intl. Distributors 

? Lead team to achieve monthly sales target with minimum D&T cost.  

Requirements:

? Bachelor degree or above. Major in Supply chain/Logistics; MBA/ CPSM

? Minimum 15years progressive working experience in purchasing, order fulfillment, logistics and Minimum 5 years at senior management level

? Demonstrated management experience of a team with 30+ staffs 

? In-depth knowledge of strategic purchasing, logistics and customer service

? Ability to manage multiple priorities within deadline and prioritize effectively 

? Strong interpersonal skill, problem solving and service oriented

? Works cooperatively with global regions planning/operation team to achieve the long-term plan and execute the strategy 

? Familiar with SAP and Microsoft tools

? Good English written and spoken communication skills

? Strong leadership, team work and coaching skills

? Consuming products industry from a multi-national environment

? Familiar with manufacturers operation 

? Travel Required: 40%
