1. 负责纺织部产品生产的整个流程的管控。控制并解决生产过程中出现的异常情况，并制定相应的纠正预防措施。

2. 负责纺织部日常生产出货、库存控制、物料异常处理，以及制程中物料、设备、治具、辅料、产品的标识与隔离管理

3. 负责纺织组机器设备的日常使用的维护保养和员工培训。

4. 负责纺织部新设备、新工艺导入时的前期准备与评估、中期调试培训与后期的维护保养。

5. 负责部门每天产成品的入库和账务处理。

6. 负责部门5S及相关员工培训与绩效考核。

7. 确保与各环保物质相关之在制品已实施严格的管控。

8. 按照ISO9001 质量体系和ISO14000的工作要求进行日常管理工作和持续改善；按照ISO18000要求和标准控制好制程的有害物质，预防有害物质的污染。

9. 协助部门经理组织部门员工参加公司组织的各项活动。

10. 完成公司领导交办的其他任务。

任职资格

1． 教育背景： 初中以上学历,主要看专业技能和管理能力

2． 培训经历及相关技能证书要求： 无

3． 工作经验以及相关领域工作经验要求： 3年以上纺织品部门管理经验，熟悉各种缝纫工艺品工艺流程。熟练的生产现场管理实际操作经验。

4． 工作中的必备技能要求（常用工作技能、专业技能、核心技能）：熟练操作各种缝纫机器、及相关机械设备，熟悉缝纫制品的品质要求。

5． 工作中的附加技能要求：熟悉 ISO9001 质量管理体系和 现场5S 运作

6． 个人素质要求： 较强的领导和组织协调能力、良好的沟通能力，较强的抗压能力。对部门设备、物料，人员有专业的管理方法。

7． 个人性格特征要求：沟通能力强,做事效率高,思维敏捷, 独立性强，爱岗敬业，有强烈的责任心

此岗位工作地点初期2-3个月在深圳工厂，之后长期在惠州工厂。

公司在惠州惠阳拥有制造组装工厂，同时在南山蛇口设有研发办公室。

薪酬福利情况(工厂)：
1、工作制为5天8小时，加班费按照劳动法计算。所有一线员工、技能工人等实行QR奖金及绩效奖金政策,收入水平远高于市场水平。
2、每月12号准时发放工资，进厂即按劳动法要求购买社保，住房公积金；

3、享有国家法律/法规规定的法定节假日以及带薪年假、产假、丧假、工伤假等。

4、生活娱乐设施健全，厂区设有：有篮球场、兵乓球室，桌球室、员工活动休闲吧及培训活动中心等，业余康乐活动丰富多彩；
