POSITION:
To design, develop, supervise and support production in all electrical and electronics matters to produce the products.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position requires a mature person to run this Electrical/Electronics section of the Engineering Department. The engineer reports to the Engineering Manager and is responsible for all the electrical and electronics matters including testing of products and testing equipment. He has to manage subordinates and to ensure that all electrical and electronics matters are resolved for the production of quality products efficiently.

Responsibilities:
? To ensure the provision and support for the introduction of a new product in all electronics and electrical capabilities in order to achieve the correct quality, volume and timing
? To debug all electronics and electrical issues before production start
? To align and calibrate all electronics and electrical equipment to enable production for the products
? To ensure regular schedule for the checking, calibration and maintenance of the equipment/instruments in order for the products to meet the specs
? To recommend and ensure the proper application of testing methods for the products to meet the specifications
? To respond with urgency to fix the fault of any equipment (of electrical or electronics nature) breakdowns and provide preventive measures to avoid future breakdown
? To carry out feasibility studies for new product introduction or new innovations and recommend testing equipment or method for the product testing
? To do testing installations and systems and analyse data
? To ensure that projects meet electrical and construction safety regulations
? To co-ordinate and manage subordinates under his care

Experience & Educations:
? Academic / Professional qualification 学历／专业资格 ：University or higher degree, major in electronic or computer(hardware) .
? Work experience 工作经验 ：3 years EE experience above
? Language ability 语言能力 : Fluent in oral, written, read English, CET 4 above.
? Computer literacy 电脑知识：Be proficient in database software, Windows, MS-office etc
? Specific knowledge & skills 特别知识/技能：
? Familiar with the manufacturing process of electrical products , cable product is preferred .
? Electronic knowledge, testing technology, failure analysis skills.
? Others 其他: Communication skill with people, can work under pressure.
