Duties & Responsibilities
? Define the test plan and test process with R&D
? Prepare the testing WI and documents for new product introduction
? Setup new test system and validation
? Improve test process and production capacity and capability for mass production.
? Improve the stability and reliability of test system and tester
? Optimize the test software and version management
? Develop and introduce the new test system and new testing technology
? Support to improve the product quality and pass yield continuously
? Support of new product introduction smoothly
? Failure analysis and prepare the corrective action plan and solve the production abnormality quickly
? Manage and prepare engineering & testing documentation
? Train production maintenance & facility technician to make the test system run smoothly for mass production
? Planning, development and qualification of testing spare parts

Education and Experiences:
? Academic / Professional qualification 学历／专业资格 ：University or higher degree , major in testing or automation
? 4 years testing engineer experience or above
? Fluent in oral, written, read English, CET 4 above.
? Be proficient in database software, Windows, MS-office , C++ ,VB , VC etc debug software .
Specific knowledge & skills 特别知识/技能：
? Familiar with the manufacturing process of electrical products , cable product is preferred .
? Strong in the Electronic knowledge and testing technology
? Proficient in statistical method and tools and have good analytical skills
? Engineering know-how of test specification in cable products is preferred
