POSITION
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Quality Manager is responsible for establish, develop, organize and improve the quality strategy and Standard Operation Procedures of the QA, SQA, QC organization of Belkin CZ factory.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
In conjunction with the managers of other departments, such as production, warehouse, project management, the QA manager develops, executes, maintains, and measures the comprehensive quality requirements, target, metrics of the Quality Department.

Key responsibilities are:
? Identify the strategy of quality department.
? Strengthen and Standardize the SQA, QA, QC operations procedures and improve its daily practice and effectiveness.
? Identify and measure the role and responsibility of each quality team.
? Understand the quality requirement of key customers. Strength the connection with the customers, and assure the quality requirements will be met at all times.
? Standardize and enforce the requirement of Supplier Qualification and improvement program, NPI and MP qualification requirements, and SOP of IQC, IPQC and FQA
? Review and approve Failure Analysis report. Act as focus point providing intelligent analysis of quality issues, determining true root cause and permanent corrective and preventive actions.
? Enforce the production processes are carried out per specification and requirements. Ensure the Finish goods of every single lot are verified and inspected before shipping.
? Review quality assurance documentation to ensure that the production process is well monitored, implemented, and documented.
? Ensure and monitor of implementation of First Article Inspection (FAI) process, and verify corrective action plan before mass production
? Ensure the Quality Engineers to train up suppliers on primary quality tools; SPC, Problem Solving, DFx, FMEA, etc. Improve outgoing quality by Statistic Process Analysis and Control
? Provide expert knowledge and data to Belkin technical staff to influence product, sub-assembly, and components designs based upon process and product quality data and trend information.
? Identify and conduct schedule training program to Quality and other departments.
? Communicate with other team or/and external laboratory regarding new updated regulations and requirement for new items. Incorporate all new compliance into QA's general internal requirements


EDUCATION
? B.S. degree required in engineering discipline, EE or ME preferred.


EXPERIENCE
? Minimum seven years' experience in QA field with significant hands-on quality and manufacturing experience. Solid experience in Consumer Electronics or equivalent with exposure to IEC60950, IEC60884 BS1363, UL, CE, FCC, EMI, A/CTick, IPC610 is preferred
? Solid analytical skills. Understand and able to generate quality metrics
? Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and good attitude in working with China factories, overseas customers and internal colleagues. Good command in English both writing and speaking
? Able to work independently under pressure and can accept multiple tasks simultaneously
? This position will require some travel in China and Overseas
