岗位职责：

• Lead and manage deposit and payment product planning and business case

• Participate in the planning and development of new products as well as implementation and delivery

• Collaborate with Channel team to develope alliance acquisition strategy to grow the customer and deposit base

• Manage the digital banking customer journey and break-through solutions to build up the bank’s deposit balance

• Participate in proposition development, pricing, retention, service, communication and product management across the business

• Championing existing products, ensuring that they are competitive and meet the needs of the clients

• Preparing product analyses and research for consideration

任职要求：

•University degree in a related discipline

• Minimum of 5 years' relevant banking experience and product or proposition related experience is preferred

• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure
