任职资格 QUALIFICATIONS

核心要求 Core:

• 熟练使用SCL/ST语言，熟悉一种代码编写语言，（例如使用：Codesys, Siemens, Beckhoff）
• 有控制伺服或步进系统，实现高速的，高精度运行，或相关经验者优先。
  

• 具有电气设计和实施能力与经验 Electrical design and Implementation
• 自动化应用调试能力 Debugging of automation application
• 对电机、传感器、控制器、机械手等自动化硬件的选型有经验 have experience on model selection on mainstream automation hardware, such as Motor, sensors, mechanical arms and controllers
• 具备与应用工程师和机械工程师以及相关人员合作集成电气元器件/自动化系统和机械系统的能力 Integration of electrical components and automation system into mechanical systems working together with Application Engineers and Mechanical Engineers and other experts.

• 精确而简明的英语书面沟通技巧 Precise and concise written communication skills;

• 具备C 语言或LabVIEW 使用能力优加 Be familiar with LabVIEW is a plus.

• 具备与跨国团队英语沟通的能力Ability to communicate with international teams in English

  
  

主要职责 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• 使用电子绘图软件设计自动化测试设备的电气系统图，电气设备布局图和电气接线图 Creating electrical system Chart, Equipment Layout and wiring diagram of automated test equipments by E-drawing software.

• 负责自动化测试设备的元器件选型，并生成元器件清单 Conducting model selection on electrical components of automated test equipment and creating Bom List.

• 编写和调试PLC 控制程序 Creating and debugging on PLC control program

• 在实验室、加工车间和客户现场调试PLC和运动控制执行机构，确保运动控制机构按照要求正常运行并与机械系统兼容。Debugging on the connection between PLC programming and motion control actuators in lab, workshop and customer site to ensure the well-function of the motion control actuators and integrated with mechanical systems.

• 根据客户技术更改要求后告状运动控制执行装置以及控制程序。Configuring motion control actuators and controlling programs if received technical change requirements from customers.

• 协助销售团队评估客户需求可行性Supporting the sales team to do the feasibility analyze of the customer requirements at the initial stage of the project
