岗位职责：

1. 负责模拟电路的版图布局、布线及验证。

2. 分析相关工艺流程和设计规则，理解所用器件的工艺结构。 

3. 与电路设计工程师合作，确保完全理解和实现电路设计工程师对于版图的要求，优化版图确保电路性能最优化。 

4.  完成Sign-off流程及检查，编写版图设计文档。

岗位要求：

1. 微电子或相关专业本科或以上学历，二年以上模拟电路的版图设计经验。

2. 熟悉半导体工艺及设计基本原理；熟练使用Cadence Virtuoso 等集成电路设计EDA工具。

3. 了解CMOS/Biploar/BCD工艺、层次及器件特点。熟悉ESD、Latchup原理及版图针对措施。

4. 积极主动的工作态度，有良好的学习能力、沟通协调能力和团队协作精神。
