工作内容：

1. 根据国外出口计划联系华南地区发货人收取托书和确认出口船期；

2. 向船公司订舱并跟踪舱位情况；

3. 及时向发货人和国外沟通和更新货物和出口状态；

4. 向发货人报价并安排拖车报关及仓库装箱；

5. 缮制出口单证和系统输入；

6. 跟踪运输动态确保货物按时出口；

7. 发送ENS和预配舱单信息；

8. 向发货人核对HBL以及LOCAL 费用

9. 按时发送PRE-ALERT

10. 及时关帐并把文件整理归档

职位要求：

1. 大专或以上学历

2. 英语4级，英语读写能力良好

3. 有2年以上海运出口经验，国际货代经验为佳

4. 熟悉海运整箱出口流程

5. 及时处理问题和善于沟通

6. 团队合作能力强

7. 对工作认真负责
