Job Description *
1. Cooperates with management personnel in formulating and establishing company policies, operating procedures and quality goals;
2. Coaches, develops and leads Quality Team to understand International and company internal quality system requirement;
3. Manages customer audits and regulatory/compliance agency audits;
4. Understand company operation issues and drive for policy and procedures improvement on effectiveness;
5. Reviews monthly quality performance with management team to identify the key areas for continuous improvement..

Job Requirements *
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience;
2. Typically requires 7 years quality system deployment experience in PCBA manufacturing, assembly and integration process, experience of ISO/TS16949 is a must, and at least 3 years works in the position of Quality Manager;
3. Good command of English and Chinese;
4. Character of Intense Collaboration, Passionate Customer Focus, Thoughtful Fast Discipline Execution and Tenacious Commitment to Continuous Improvement.
