工作职责：
1、及时处理客户的订单，并做后续的跟进。
2、记录客户的咨询，并做出适当的解答。
3、适当了解公司的产品，帮客户进行调货。


任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，英语四级以上。
2、文字功底好，熟练操作offic办公软件。
3、思维敏捷，有较强的沟通、协调能力。
4、脾气好，工作热情、细致、有耐心。
5、有客户服务相关工作经验优先考虑。

Description
1) Responsible for customers relationship building, understand customer requirements / concerns / key issues
2) Manage customers order to achieve high customers satisfactions.
3) Closely monitor customers order and understand their business needs.
4) To increase account sales to meet company quota.
5) Closely work with finance department and timely monitor AR.
Qualifications
1) University degree
2) Level 4 in English or above
3) Skillful in internal inventory computer system
4) At least 1+ years working experience in International companies
5) Familiar with high level managers
6) Team sprits with good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
7) Active and self disciplined
8) Good command in English
