Job Description

  

1. Conduct CSR Audits in China

2. Write and submit audit reports in timely manner

3. Develop reasonable Corrective Actions Plan (CAP) with suppliers after CSR Audit by providing necessary support and guidance

4. Execute suppliers training as well as coaching tasks based on suppliers’ actual needs

5. Conduct data and statistical analysis

6. Conduct ad hoc visits & projects

7. Administrative and clerical support to the Team

              

Requirements

  

1. Degree holder, in Social Science or Accounting preferred

2. At least 2 years CSR auditing experience for factories producing diversified merchandises in China

3. High degree of work ethics and integrity

4. SA8000 Lead Auditor is an absolute advantage

5. Strong knowledge of local labor, health and safety and environmental laws including China and Asian countries as well as CSR standards such as BSCI & SA8000

6. Solid knowledge and ideas in developing and monitoring the CAP

7. Experience in delivering suppliers training and assisting suppliers for immediate and effective remedial actions

8. Self-motivated, detail-oriented & organized 

9. Independent and responsible as well as ability to work in a team

10. Problem-solver, able to meet tight deadline and work under high pressure

11. Very frequent travel within China 

12. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

13. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin 

14. Proficiency in MS office and Chinese Word Processing
