Responsibilities：

• Promptly responding to customer queries via email, phone, live chat or onsite. Providing technical support include clarification, demonstration and training to our customers and distributors.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments so that products and services can be improved.
• Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible.
• Immediately escalating serious complaints or issues that you are not equipped to deal with.
• Liaising with internal colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to customers’ issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with customers
• Work with customer to develop service forecast / planning and coordinate with customer to ensure the forecast / planning can be executed timely. Service include RF test equipment calibration, and RMA repairs.
• Familiarizing yourself with LitePoint products – Wireless Test Equipment and services as they are introduced to customer.
• Respecting client confidentiality at all times.

                                            

    

Qualifications:

• Major in EE or communication technology, bachelor’s degree with more than 2 years’ working experience. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• More than 2 years’ experiences in RF/HW Testing or Repairing position, familiar with RF circuit design, testing and troubleshooting. Rich RF test and troubleshooting experience would be a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, logical and systematic thinking, well organized.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, in both Chinese and English at technical level.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Self-motivated, passionate in post-sales services of test equipment industry, ability to build relationship with customer.
• Good teamwork and Customer oriented spirit, easy to cooperate with customers and team members.
