Job Description:

- The role has extended his support to defined key accounts in AP Region in the hope to achieve excellent customer satisfaction towards field quality support

- In event of a major quality incident, to take charge of the critical situation together with sales and marketing team by proposing immediate containment action, review material vulnerability and ultimately driving the issue to closure.

- The position has also needed to assist the team Manager to execute department plans aiming to achieve company targets defined by PQR.

Candidate Skills:

- familiar with semiconductor manufacturing processes

- Good knowledge of Quality control methodologies and relevant standards

- > 3 yrs working experience as Customer Quality support preferred

- working experience in semiconductor field preferred

- good commands of spoken and written English
