Job Responsibilities:

1 Development and implement of process control plans, problem solving in systematic approach, processes Improvement.

2  Carry out improvement of manufacturing process capabilities and efficiencies.

3 Carry out Design for Manufacturing in SMT, wave soldering, conformal coating, assembly processes.

4  Manage and monitor product quality from supplier to customer including handling supplier complaints, quarantine issues and customer complaints, work with sourcing to select and evaluate suppliers.

5  Define SMT, Wave soldering, conformal coating, assembly process flow, control plan and working instructions.

6 Define process FMEA for the SMT, wave soldering, conformal coating, assembly areas and implementation plan.

7  Define fixtures/tools such as SMT stencils, assembly jigs etc., according on IPC standards and product requirements.

8 Define and optimize temperature profiles for Reflow oven and selective soldering machine.

9 Define tooling/fixtures for SMT, wave soldering and conformal coating processes.

10 Ensure all of devices, tools and fixtures are properly maintained according the maintenance plan.

Job Qualifications:

1 Bachelor in electronics/mechanical related discipline;

2 Expertise in SMT equipment management and maintenance;

3 IATF 16949, VDA knowledge and training experience;

3 TPS knowledge and application experience;

4 Lean 6 sigma skills and experience, Green/black belt preferred;

5 Solid knowledge/skills in process control in terms of screen printing, pick and place programming, reflow profiling, soldering process control.

6 Five+ years' experience in a Process/Industrial Engineering;

7 Strong analytical, problem solving skills, such as: Cause and Effect, FMEA, DOE, Gage R&R, SPC, Kaizen, etc.

8 Good written English, good spoken English is a plus;

9 Collabrative, results-driven.
