Objective

The ideal candidate will have experience working with the quality function of medical device products and have proven project management skills.

Key Accountabilities：

a) Provide the support to design team as DQA role (if applicable)

b) Work with suppliers in developing quality control processes and pursue improvements that will include setting up tests and controls for production. 

c) Monitor product quality from sampling through to production. 

d) Identify production & quality issues during production. 

e) Participate in supplier quality management. 

f) Work with clients on process and factory audits. 

g) Work with other team members on quality improvement programs. 

h) Data recording and documentation control.

Required Qualifications, Experience & Key Skills：

a) Degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent fields. 

b) Deep knowledge in the design process, review and control process, issue management process, product life-cycle management

c) Practical experience in design control, risk management, verification, validation and change control

d) Manufacturing environment, and with a good understanding of SPC, FMEA, six-sigma, or other problem-solving methodology.

e) Professional experience in varies type of factory audit and qualification. 

f)  Good verbal and written communication skills in English. 

g)  Good project management skills 

h)  Independent and self-motivated achiever.

i)  Good experience in medical device manufacturing process is preferred

Good knowledge in medical device quality system is preferred, for example ISO13485, FDA CFR 820, process validation etc.
