Key Roles & Responsibilities
To work closely with CC managers in developing & implementing a comprehensive employee engagement calendar
To ensure the Magic 20 engagement initiatives are followed
To have structured forums with CC managers to get and provide timely feedback
To lead employee engagement/fun activities such as team outings, events, games
To partner and lead the R&R initiatives with CC Managers & HR
To ensure robust communication plan is implemented effectively (at all levels)
Centrally track & monitor consistency of implementing initiatives
Ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times
Ensuring that the unit complies with risk and compliance procedures and processes.
Ensuring that all members in the unit have high awareness levels on KYC and Anti-money laundering Policy

Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of 5 years in the contact centre environment, preferably with people management responsibility
Creativity with high energy and passion to engage with people at all levels
Ability to plan, organise and conduct events
Excellent communication skills and ability to address large gathering
