职位描述
岗位描述：
1．根据公司下达的销售策略和销售量目标，建立分销商销售体系与市场操作规范；
2．负责区域内销售渠道的开拓，各分销商的谈判、日常维护，有效地落实公司各项销售政策；
3．对所辖销售区域内的销售及市场运作进行管理，以达到销量、利润及市场占有率；
4．建立顺畅的客户沟通渠道，主持分销商业务谈判及成交，落实分销商货款的回收，创建长期、良好、稳固的区域客户关系；
5．收集区域市场信息掌握竞争对手的市场动态，规划客户群的拓展策划方案，不断开发适合品牌的销售策略和分销商；
任职条件：
1．25-35岁，大专以上学历，5年以上销售经验，3年以上销售管理经验；
2．熟悉大中城市终端市场和流通渠道的操作方式；
3．具备良好的区域市场规划能力，能独立运作大区市场，适应出差；
4、具备优秀的营销策划能力、渠道拓展能力、团队领导能力；
5、卓越的组织协调能力、平和的心态和人格魅力；
6、掌握所辖地区的市场动态和发展趋势。
