职位描述
岗位描述：
1、为每一位顾客光临专柜的顾客提供高品质服务；
2、保持专柜的美观与整洁，维护Hamilton Beach良好的产品形象；
3、耐心处理顾客的投诉、抱怨，并做好投诉记录；
4、认真填好各项店内统计资料记录表格；
5、完成上级交办的其他工作任务。
岗位要求：
1、形象良好，诚实开朗，有高度的工作责任心
2、具有大型百货商场及传统卖场的销售工作经验
3、能够适应零售行业工作环境及工作时间要求
4、家电、化妆品销售工作经验优先
5、会简单英语，可进行日常沟通接待客户，有涉外商场工作经验者优先
6、我司为时尚小家电连锁行业，根据家庭地址就近分配（南京路步行街、徐家汇、人民广场、陆家嘴地区等商业连锁街地区、全市百思买、特力屋）
