职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责公司各专柜店员的招聘、培训与调配；
2、负责销售网点的现场产品演示工作；
3、负责区域内各销售点的人员、物品、财产等日常的运营管理；
4、与卖场保持良好的沟通，协调各层面日常关系；
5、规范管理专柜员工的考勤、礼仪、着装等日常行为规范；
6、负责市场信息的收集与反馈；
7、配合公司在各区域内的销售网点进行市场推广活动；
8、通过促销计划的执行，对公司的产品形象进行宣传与推广，提高品牌的美誉度。
任职资格：
1、市场营销等相关专业大专以上学历；
2、至少有一年基层促销员的工作经验、了解行业内状况与基层员工状况；
3、有一定的管理能力、亲和力、协调沟通能力强；
4、能够使用office软件完成基础终端的一些数据收集与统计工作；
5、有五年以上品牌公司相关工作经验
